OK, here I am again and I don't care who knows that it is me complaining about the grass not being cut on Ocean View Avenue, specifically at 4440 A Ocean View Ave. Please peek over the fence this time and you will see that the grass is 3 to 4 feet tall and there is an old tire in the yard, a tarp and kids toys and they are all collecting water and breeding mosquitoes. Also, there is a big pile of furniture at their backdoor on Gull's Quay that has been sitting there for weeks.
