We have had a similar situation with this one homeless character who has been frequenting our neighborhood for about 2 years. He has threatened multiple people, attacked multiple people and we still can't get OPD to deal with him. The latest altercation was this morning... took 6 1/2 hours just to make a police report.

"DeVries, Joe" is the City Contact for homeless issues...I forwarded the seeclickfix to him...those mobile doll houses are termed mini-homes and are a real blight and issue in the neighborhood...please help us by reporting the issue, photographing (or video taping) and reporting it....everyone needs to chip in and report, otherwise it is not represented as a community issue....we have been reporting this for some time now and we are glad you are on-board with us.

I have been contacting Joe DeVries for almost three years without response or action. You have to escalate to the City Administrator.
