Description

This corner lot house lawn is overgrown. It obstructs the view of residents attempting to exit the neighborhood onto Sheridan Rd NE from Beech Haven RD. It's particularly dangerous if turning left out of Lavista Park neighborhood with fast approaching traffic and the limited site distance due to the overgrowth. The owner has been half-way remodeling the home for several years and I don't think lives at the home full-time.
