Description

We live across the street from 204 Haskell Street. It is going on the second summer the yard has not been mowed. The grass is already over a foot tall. The home is vacant. The previous owners told us they sold it to a contractor. The property next to us is vacant as well but it is somewhat maintained with the exception of the pool. It is a black cesspit.
