Still out....week 3

My apologies, we are still awaiting a response from Solid Waste.

Okay so today is Friday, June 12 and we are going on over 4 weeks with trash cans on sidewalk, due to shooting next to this house on Thursday, now they are on the news as well. Maybe that will push the department responsible to getting this take care of off their seats and do what they promise from the City of Oklahoma City website.

We have still not received a response from Solid Waste. If you would like to call directly to that department, you can do so at, 297-2464.

Oh, I didn't realize we needed to report on our own? I guess I am confused on the Action Center request responsibilities. Please advise....

Is it not the responsibility of the Action Center to follow up? I can submit another request.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. We just came across a computer glitch and are working with Solid Waste on getting this issue resolved.
