Description

Raw sewage is backing up into property, creating a health and safety issue. The smell of the raw sewage is most apparent. This is the second time I have reported this continuing issue. I was told the problem was addressed and corrected, and this is false.

The location of the problem is between Units 109 and 110. See picture.
