Description

I recently purchased a house on Gaston Street. I did an extensive report and never came across any information stated it flooded as bad as it does over here. I haven't been able to access my home since the afternoon of 5/25/2015. It is now 5/27/2015 and I am still flooded out of my neighborhood, MY HOME. That is absolutely unacceptable!
The water obviously does not drain properly. Please please please send the City out to address this serious issue. My sister stays with me from time to time and she has extreme medical issues. Suppose I have to rush her to the hospital? I would be helpless.
Again I beg you to please have this taken care of immediately.
