Description

Every time it rains, there is standing water on the West Bound Curb Lane of 59th Street (after the Bus Entrance location).

The standing rain water sits for days and is unable to drain into the existing sewer opening. Bubbles are seen, but the water remains on the street for days.

Vehicles are forced to merge over and back, especially when entering the Midway Orange Line Station or position themselves to turn right onto Cicero Avenue.
