House adress of 6709 in alley has grass about 1 foot high. There is also a large hole in the garage door which has increased rodent activity. We have seen a lot of mice recently in our yard that we believe they are living in there. Down spout in drive way is broken and falling off the wall. Also the gutter on side of the garage is falling off. You can hear it shift when the wind picks up. Recycling can is fliped over in the alley and has never been used. House is an overall eye sore. House is not abandoned. Owners do not keep up at all.
