No progress has been made. The proprietor still has tons of cigarette signage on the property.L&I needs to visit the property so that fines can be assessed

Obviously the city has taken no action on all the nasty. Illegal signage on this bodega that trashes what was once a nice area

All these nasaty ugly signs still remain and it is almost a year later. I even went inside the establishment to speak with the owner to no avail. The Asian community has succeeded in junking up almost every corner in Philadelphia as the City allows them to continue unabated with no penalties or enforcement.

I am SO happy to state that the owner has complied and has removed ALL his signs! Yaay! The property looks great! It is nice and clean now and respectful of the surrounding community.
