The alley between Belmont and Bonnie Brae just North of Bellevue and South of Clinton is in terrible shape. I can barely drive down it and I have an suv.

I called the city and put in a service request to have the alley fixed.
Nothing happened.
I called back after a couple months and they said that they probably would not fix it since it's not on their priorities list and they had major streets that needed to be fixed.
I called back about 5 times in the next couple days and said that I would just continue to call until they fixed it.
They sent out a truck the next day to do part of it, then they came back and did other parts each of the next few days.
The alley is still in terrible shape but it's much better than it was.
Credit to the city for at least trying to fix it.
See-Click-Fix however yielded no results. Not sure if this service works or if it's a waste of time.
