That one guy, the issue keeps growing, but the city is ignoring neighbors request to clean up, the garbage is now in the street.

Who issued the verbal? Would like to follow and and see why it is not a big deal to leave that much trash on the sidewalk and street.

It grew even more today.

It's clear there is an issue here and a verbal warning isn't cutting it for these people. She has clearly posted several photos over the course of a few days. The notice in the water bill says if bulk waste is out earlier than supposed to be, we will be fined. How is this different? Is this just an empty threat? This is why the person is doing it, he has no worries about being fined.

And it continues to grow...i guess its okay to keep on sidewalk for a few weeks.

Since no one ever responded it is now been picked up, not sure why the app or this service is active. Each request seems to be ignored, you need to start getting it together. I picked up trash from this pile for the past weeks due to blowing down the road. Total useless team.
