Garbage bin overflowing - it is quite smelly, too. Someone dumped a bin full of packing peanuts the other day and this is one used frequently by dog walking families on their way to and from Fresh Pond. Along with the construction site right next to it, it just needs more frequent attention, i.e. pickups. Thank you.
