Please don't cut off Starbucks customers. There is no indoor seating here. Customers are not going to park blocks away just to run in and get a cup of coffee. There is NO reason why a biker can't simply walk a bike around here.

The pick up only is for walk-ins (people going to the T) not drive-in.

Reporting this by phone is useless. I tried a few times and by the time I hang up the phone the car is gone. What’s the point. Stop providing answers with no common sense.

I'm sorry that this appears to happen frequently at this location, but SCF is used by our maintenance division to identify and correct missing or damaged signs and markings. We do not have an enforcement mechanism through SCF. You must call over to dispatch to report this.
