Description
At what point is Albany going to stop letting dirt bikes and motorcycles break the law? This motorcycle has been parked here for well over a year. The police have already confirmed this is illegal. This is a street vehicle only and they need to pay parking permit and park on the street like everyone else. Why is parking allowing them to circumvent the parking permit system and park for free and illegally? They also drive on the sidewalk as do all the other motorcycles, dirt bikes, and ATVs being allowed to park illegally in the city of Albany. There's no concern for a high-speed chase when nobody's even on the vehicle. Can't Albany even hold people accountable then?
