Description
The City of Toledo demolished an abandoned structure at this location last year. The lot was left full of large chunks of rock and stone and debris. It's so full of stone and debris you can't mow it, nor could it ever used as a garden. What a horrible way to treat the residents that waited years to get the structures removed. The curbs along this area were never replaced, although a new driveway was put in, to the now vacant lot. This is absurd. What a mess was left behind.
