Description
IMPC - 302.8 motor vehicles, states' No inoperative....motor vehicle...shall be parked, kept, or stored... and no vehicle shall be shall be in a major state of disrepair...' The white van behind this property has 4 flat tires, is rusting and has not moved for years. Previous complaint result in current license being placed but the inspector never assures that this vehicle operates and is movable, which it isn't. It's an eyesore and should be removed finally. This has been reported twice now, over 4 months period. Twice we have been advised that the case was heard in AH court and fines issued. The vehicle remains in operable state with 4 flat tires and has not been moved in many years. What does it take to have the ordinance enforced?

Service Request number W023642-031212 has been closed/completed. "Inspector stated the tires have been filled with air, plates have been applied to the vehicle and are valid. The owner has applied for a duplicate title to sell the vehicle."
