Description

There are cracks in the road near the corner of Graham and 8th St. They are on the west side of the road along the sidewalk. The sidewalk is narrow and the road has heavy traffic. The cars jolt a little bit and it makes loud noises. The stretch of Graham St that runs from the 7th to 8th street has significant cracks.
