But did you know-the City contractor for bulk waste is only required to pick up from tax-paying residential lots. So what’s on vacant lots or in front of clearly vacant houses does not get picked up.
The city has to pick it up in a separate collection and only works from reported instances -so no body is just driving around looking for these dump berms.
Have to keep reporting every time you see the dumps. And it takes a long time for the special pick-ups.
I once spoke to a neighbor about his dumping and he was baffled because “everyone dumps here -it’s the legal spot to dump”
