Description

Indecent display of sex clothes on narrow sidewalk; taking up public right of way. Chapter 8.62.050; Exotic Express Market doesn't have a permit to have retail display on the right of way. Please cite and remove. This shop is catering to the human trafficking trade. Please investigate. They did a huge remodel inside and did not have any remodeling permits with the city. This shop used to be a grocery store.
