Description

Complaint from HOA of a new fence installed in the back of the property without permit. I don't see a new fence permit for that property but an old plan for fence modification exists (PZ17-00002262) and remains in an "Approved" status. This seems to be for the entire community to replace or repair privacy fences along the perimeter of the front patios. Please call to advise what can be done.
