Description

The side walks in this neighborhood are covered with straw, leaves and sticks. It makes it impossible to walk my dogs without them hurting their paws. Plus the side walks are so dirty that they are black. Why has the city no addressed this? Fairhaven CT., Fairhaven Blvd., Lombardy Way, Sheffield. It's so sad that we are paying such outrageous taxes and this is what the neighborhood looks like.
