Property owners at 3128 226th Ave. E inquired about an issue they are having with wetland/natural drainage area running through their property. Surface water is eroding their cliff and adjacent areas near (and possibly part of) Quiet Water subdivision, where there are County-owned drainage structures. They would like insight on their options to address the erosion, and would like to confirm whether or not the Quiet Water HOA shares any responsibility for regular maintenance of bioswale/detention pond facilities on their property.
