Thank you for contacting UDOT. This signal runs different sets of timing plans in the morning, midday, and evening time periods and on weekends. To narrow our effort, please provide the time and day of week you noticed the problem.

Light is too short only 5-10 seconds. Lets on average only 4 cars tthrough. I've been through this light all times of the day and night. I've never seen it longer than 5-10 seconds. Your eastbound bangerter traffic passing through this light empties with no cars going through it minutes before it turns red for them. Fix this turn light please! Average wait time is 3-4 light changes to get through. Over 10 minute wait everytime!
