Description

This yard has multiple dogs and when I walk by it the smell almost knocks me over. I don't know how the neighbors can stand it. Who knows what is being attracted or growing as a result of this owner not picking up after his multiple dogs. This is in violation of city ordinance 6.05.070 subsection (b) -- Sanitary Requirements. https://topeka.municipal.codes/TMC/6.05.070
