Description
At 3:50 am when I am going to work, the southbound St Albert trail traffic has to stop for a continuous red light while the north bound traffic has a green light and a left hand green arrow. The southbound lanes need to stop and wait for over 30 seconds for the camera to register traffic (sometimes it does not and you need to illegally run the red light) and give a green light to south bound traffic. I have registered this complaint in the past which was rectified but this a problem again. Thank you
