Description

About every other day for the last month several individuals seemingly living in a van have parked for long durations in the brush here and left debris/litter upon exiting. The vegetation is vastly overgrown and potentially interferes with access to the fire hydrant shown in the photos should it be needed. I'm not sure who is responsible for maintaining/cleaning up this area but it sorely needs it.
