Description

Whenever there is any rainfall, the drains on both sides of the street backup, causing a flooding situation and traffic unable to pass. The pictures are 1 day after a light rain. Water has slightly gone down. Drains are on Cloverlawn. 1st drains north of Joy Rd.near corner.
