*account verified*... Ms. Shontavia Witt called in to request a red/garbage cart.. she stated she has a blue/recycling cart.. Ms. Witt was advised that a red/garbage cart was delivered to her address previously... she was informed how to obtain another red/garbage cart & also to speak with her landlord/property manager.
