I gave the people that live in the apartment directly above me a puppy 2 years ago. The puppy has never been outside and felt the grass on his feet they keep him in a cage 23 and 3/4 hours a day. I hear when they let him out because he runs like crazy. They don't change his bedding he sleeps in its own pee and poop it has to eat in there and it's pitiful and I need to know what I can do to have somebody go and check on it impossibly have it removed from their home. It's a little girl dog she's 2 years old her name is sassy. It's an apartment 60 in arbor Park apartments. Please get in touch with me know what I need to do
