What is the status of this issue? Appears to be no clear action plan in response to calls/emails. Has investigation been completed?

Thank you for reporting your Stormwater Pond Maintenance issue to Howard County Stormwater Management. After inspection of the remaining white pines on the property it is determined that they are healthy with no issues. The reason for the one fallen tree was that it up rooted due to the heavy rains and winds for the last few days. The cleanup and fence repair on your property will be your responsibility, thanks. The issue has been addressed and will be closed in Tell HoCo.

I was advised by HoCo that I “will not be removing trees on County property.” And I don’t think the contractor I hire would have authority to do work on County land. Thus, my understanding is that I will clean up my property (i.e. inside the white fence in photo) but will leave the remainder of the tree outside the fence (i.e. County property). If I don’t hear a clean-up plan by the County on County land by COB today, I will proceed with cleaning/repairing just my property as detailed above.

Yes Sir, that's why I stated in my comments that you are responsible for your property. The County will schedule cleanup of their property . The issue has been addressed and will be closed in Tell HoCo.
