Code Inspector Venters received a complaint for a complaint located at 15426 W. RITTER CIR. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed 2 TRASH RECEPTACLES ON THE DRIVEWAY, which can be viewed from the street. This is in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was posted at the front door.

Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #16272039 for TRASH SCREENING complaint located at 15426 W. RITTER CIR. Upon FOLLOW UP INSPECTION, Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed that ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED, THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS that can be viewed from the street, bringing this case within compliance of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken there were no violations, and the case is being closed.
