Description

This dog barks from 4am until 7am non stop. Wakes up my whole family including my new born baby. I have even lost work from home jobs because of this dog and his negligent owner. It was so bad this morning, I think people were yelling outside for the dog to stop barking and the owner to get up and do something about it. The dog was not in protecting mode just barking. My family and I are losing rest and jobs bc of this barking dog.
