To turn onto Beverly Drive can be dangerous also. If you are coming from Lexington, you can turn your signal on before you even get to the off ramp and no one takes notice. They just speed up as they are trying to merge onto Augusta Road and will not let you over. You have to practically stop in the middle of the road to get a chance to get over to turn. If you are coming from Columbia, you have to fight with the people that are turning into the gas station. They pay no attention to the turning lane signs on the road. A few have practically hit me head-on as the speed into the median and don't pay attention to me sitting there waiting to turn. DOT definitely could do some studies and planning at this intersection.
