House at 41 Garden Street is constantly (pretty much 24/7) pumping water directly into the street, which then runs down into the sewers. This is against town ordinances, specifically Section 11-9 Discharge of Water (amended 4/2/19). The sewers in this neighborhood are already shallow and thus full most of the time, and this makes the problem worse, especially for homeowners who follow the ordinance rules and then have to deal with pump and water issues of our own.
