Description

In the rear parking area of this multi-family dwelling, there is a lot of trash, debris and leaves caught against the fence. It also blows into the street and is a welcome habitat for rats. Perhaps the owner should be notified of the resposnibility of removing that trash and cleaning the area for the residents and the neighbors. It may be time to create a schedule of fines for this negligence.
