THE STREET LIGHTS ARE OUT AT THE OVERPASS ON TO THE I-75N OFF RAMP GOING NORTH . ON THE EAST SIDE OF EISENHOWER PKWY AT THAT OVERPASS PITCH BLACK THERE ABOUT 8 LIGHTS OUT.
