Description

cliff ave is a very busy road. To walk this road is dangerous. There are no sidewalks. There are new stone walls being built that block walkers. Now, when there are cars parked along the side of the road, there is no place to walk except the middle of the road with all the traffic. How come the city lets these people build these walls? Why aren't there any sidewalks??
