Description
This sort of sloppy work should never be tolerated in a city that prioritizes safety. The bike lanes are currently unsafe because of faded striping and inadequate signage. Let's get it right this year or replace the folks who keep getting it wrong.

Not trying to argue with you sir. Just trying to point out the double vision sign you posted on this site was not at the location noted.
If you are unhappy with DPW's work please let them know. I was only trying to help.
I am forwarding this back to them.

It certainly seems that the city folks monitoring SCF fissues should understand that it's not a personal attack when someone posts an issue or is dissatisfied with the resolution. The intent of SCF is to give city workers timely information about problems, AND to provide information about the ongoing status using the very easy-to-use SCF interface. It seems that, indeed as megdyl has said, that DPW and Code Enforcement seem to view SCF issue reports as drudgery or worse, and take an adversarial tone when responding, or do not update the issue in a timely way with ALL relevant events and statuses. Or both. It's not ok. It really is a safety issue, and violation of simple common sense.
On this particular issue, Brian Perkins is absolutely correct to say the "resolution" is not acceptable.
