Description
There is a non registered car in my neighbors back yard and their dog always jumps on top of the car and into my yard. These dogs are damaging the fence and the neighbor finally patched the fence. Now the dog jumps in my yard from this car and attacks my dogs when they are outside. Their dogs are outside day and night and are always barking late at night when I am trying to sleep. This car needs to be moved so this can stop happening and their dogs have to go inside and not bark all day and night long when people are outside.
