Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you expressing serious concerns about the lack of importance The Rosemont Square Apartments have on residents. My husband, daughter and I live in an apartment in which has had hot water on and off for several weeks. Almost two weeks ago, I went to the leasing office to give the complaint and they stated that “they were working on boilers.” I left it alone because we got hot water that night. However, after I went to the office we’ve gotten hot water that comes and goes in a matter of minutes. My husband went again this went to give the complaint and they stated the same thing they told me. This is serious for us because we have not been able to fully shower in days without jumping in and out and freezing especially in the mornings. Most importantly, we have not been able to bathe our baby girl who needs to bath in warm water.

I hope you all could help and push the apartment community realize the importance of this issue. Thank you for your time and effort!
