I agree that savvy scofflaws know to just peel it off and move the vehicle 10ft. A more responsive method needs to be developed. In many cases, the vehicles in question have long expired registration which does not seem to make any difference. Most of us keep our registration current but some of these vehicles don't, they should be taken off the street. The lack of registration usually means no insurance. The towing part of getting a sticker takes way too long.

The whole process needs streamlining. These vehicles often have expired registration which also likely means there is no insurance.

Vehicle cited and marked stalled.

Vehicle moved.

The van is still there, just a few stalls down from where it was when it was marked. To the original poster’s point, the stickers don’t work. The violator removes the stickers and moves the vehicle a few stalls down the road and abandons the vehicle again. This issue is not resolved. And this is not the only violator in the area. Please advise.
