at1608 Preston St S listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as traditional single family home (NT-1), no special exemptions or classifications.
This is the same property owner as the last previous report I submitted for 14th Ave. They purchased this property in Dec 2021, first review is from the same month. 57 STR reviews since, 7 from this year alone, exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
At least this property is correctly filed without a homestead exemption.
