This an effort to first document as many potholes as possible.

I can say OPWC round 27 of the Ohio Public Works Commission District 9 is for the replacement or rehab of the following local roadways Washington ave & Reid ave. to begin in 2013. The City of Lorain should file application for the repavement of 14th St by the Feburary 2013 deadline...
