Description

There are three problems with this traffic signal at the Shattuck Ave/Alcatraz Ave junction:

1) The south-facing light has been knocked 45 degrees so that it's not facing south.
2) The hoods are missing from the west-facing light.
3) The pedestrian countdown timer isn't displaying numbers any more.
