Neighborhoods tend to change if it is a concern to the elder then they should focus on cleaning up the houses that cars are going to on a daily basis to buy drugs from the behavior I witnessed in the area but they chose to pick and make issues with neighbors that have a different ethnicity around and leaves the white neighbors alone to conduct their business as usual

Ethnic background * pardon the incorrect use of grammar I have a neighbor across the street that has a daughter that sits in red Nissan Altima all ready to call the cops if I’m playing some music while doing yard work at during the day and chose to ignore the white neighbors 2 houses down that constantly has different cars pulling up and different people entering and leaving within seconds and they chose to ignore it instead of focusing on putting a stop to it they focus on music rather than fixing the issue of the crack house right off of cedar and cherry so good luck finding a resolution to your complaint because the Elder tends to be a bit one sided when it comes to a person of a different ethnic background while the white neighbors carry on as business as usual
