Description

Overgrown ivy surrounding city tree is being used, again, to stash plastic bags of dope. Bags are being placed inside the heavy foliage where buyer can reach in and retrieve after their purchase. Ivy has been trimmed in the past. Requesting heavy pruning of ivy.
