Description

(Unsafe) Dead Palm Tree - approximately 40' tall, located in the backyard of this location. I contacted the H.O.A., but was told that they didn't have any cell phone nor e-mail contact information for the actual property owner.

I had also spoken with the residents at 1850 Wood Orchard Drive. (Please note, that the current residents at this address are renters).

Due to the severity of windy, rainy weather - I am concerned about the potential for damage that this large, dead tree might cause.
