Description
A commercial excavating truck and tractor parked on residential two lane street. This commercial vehicle abstracts residents from safely existing driveways by obstructing the view and prevents safe flow of traffic while taking up an entire section of one lane. As of today this this truck has been parked in front of 2525 E. Cochise Vista for four consecutive days without moving.

A. The commercial vehicle is park in front of 2525 E Cochise Vista, Tucson AZ 85713. Several neighbors have asked the owner to permanently relocate to his/her driveway or a parking lot better suited for commercial vehicles with no success. This has also been brought to the attention of the Las Vistas Neighborhood association and resulting in the owner temporarily moving the vehicle for a day or two on the occasion. The owner is aware of the communities concerns but refused to work together. The commercial vehicle has been park in the street for 4 days without moving as of today.
