Description

permanent parking of camper on Franklin Street is now expanding to a second trailer. Also, the sidewalk is being blocked with stuff and they are tapped into / using public electricity and the fire hydrant for water. They also have open fires on the sidewalk almost every day.

Also, there are an extraordinary amount of bikes passing around this. Its suspicious.
